Erlab’s Captair Ductless Filtering Fume Hoods and Powder Weighing Stations are 100% ductless, meaning no HVAC connection to the outside is required. Some models can be placed on mobile bases to be wheeled around, or shared between laboratories. The units offer end users protection from particulate, and or liquid handlings. Units are also cleanroom compliant with HEPA at the exhaust. Customers can weigh down to six decimal places without interruption of the scale.

Erlab’s CaptairFlow Clean Air Enclosures are designed to prevent cross-contamination for applications such as non-pathogenic cell cultures, in-vitro cultures, microbiology, homeopathic preparations, electronics, and optics where product protection is required. They feature a high efficiency filtration system that provides a particle-free workstation around the manipulation, bringing HEPA filtered clean air down to the work surface.

This self-contained hood unit comes equipped with an integral exhaust blower and carbon filter, which do not require duct or venting to the outside. Small quantities of solvents, acids, and odors are quickly absorbed in an activated carbon filter which recirculates air back into the room, thus avoiding installation and energy cost. Hood is ideal for laboratories that require multiple locations or where space is limited. Equipped with 115V exhaust blower, vapor proof light switch, and power cord, unit is fully assembled. Filters, worksurface, and base stands are available separately.

Protector® Downdraft Powder Stations keep users safe by containing powders during fingerprint processing. The open-sided, open-top work station provides unrestricted operator movement and accommodates oversized evidence. Available in 2' and 3' widths, two or more Stations may be placed side-by-side to achieve an unlimited number of width combinations. An optional Transition Connector mounts between two Stations for a secure fit and continuous work surface.
