Subunit molecular weights are determined by analysis using denaturing SDS vertical polyacrylamide electrophoresis (PAGE) and the included prestained, ready to load lyophilized proteins. Prestained proteins with unknown molecular weights are assigned molecular weights based on the relative mobility of prestained standard protein markers.
