Measure the heat generated by physical changes or chemical reactions with the calorimeters available at Avantor. Select a copper model or an aluminum option with double-wall construction and insulation; both products feature slots in the lids for stirrer and thermometer. Oxygen bomb calorimeters, appropriate for solid- and liquid-combustible samples, offer molded double-wall construction and require no permanent connections. These models include ignition unit and digital thermometer.

Doubled Wall Calorimeter
Superior quality double wall calorimeter with easily removable spring heating element. Operates on 3-6V DC at approximately 5 watts. It consists of an inner aluminum 150mL resevoir, aluminum outer, plastic insulator ring, and styrofoam lining to minimize heat loss. Lid accepts heating element, stirrer, and thermometer cork. Includes cover cap.
