Our choice of three from the following: Actinosphaerium, Amoeba, Arcella, Centropyxis, and Difflugia.

Members of the Pelomyxa genus look very much like Amoeba. Pelomyxa, however, have many nuclei, whereas Amoeba have only one.

Demonstrate amoeba structure, locomotion, and feeding behavior.
