Ward's® NYS Investigations Physics, Induction Junction

The NYS investigations kits have been tested by local NYS teachers to make sure they work in the classroom.

The kit includes neodymium and ceramic magnets, different color jumbo LEDs, D-cell batteries and holders, high-quality compasses and soft iron cores, and PVC pipes. This kit also includes the materials specified by New York State to wind your own coils for each student group - enameled wire, index cards, and electrical tape.

Pre-wound 300-turn and 400-turn induction coils are available separately. These robust pairs of coils will last for years in your classroom, saving you countless hours of prep time.
