Designed for either teacher-directed instruction or independent learning by groups of 2 - 4 students, each life science learning center provides a thorough review of a key, standards-based curriculum concept. Included are 4 identical visual learning guides to provide direct instruction on the topic for the individual students in the group. Each laminated, 4-page guide features an easy-to-follow, graphic overview of the topic; 'Write-On/Wipe-Off' activities and graphic organizers; and guiding, assessment review questions. Also included is a 4-player curriculum mastery game featuring 1 Set of 30 illustrated, self-correcting question cards; 1 laminated game board; and game materials which can be used for reinforcement and review of the concept by the group. Packaged in a durable zippered, vinyl pouch. Leveled by grade and topic, the learning centers are ideal for differentiated instruction.
