The most distinguishing feature allows the student to individually mount a Ge crystal.

Students can also determine the type of charge carrier, the charge density of carriers, and the resistivity of a given sample.

Ordering information: The unit includes a Gauss meter with probes; digital multimeter; semiconductor 'Ge' sample, p type; and Hall effect apparatus. A 12V power supply is required but not provided.
