Ordering information: Single Slides pack 10012-000 is supplied with 100 slides, 100 applicator sticks, and two 15mL bottles of developer. Single Slides 80078-660 is packaged as a case that includes 1000 slides, 1000 applicator sticks, and twenty 15mL bottles of developer. Dispensapak™ system is supplied with 100 patient kits (triple slide and applicator sticks only) and six 15mL bottles of developer. Dispensapak™ Plus system is supplied with 40 patient kits and two 15mL bottles of developer. Patient Pak system includes 34 Hemoccult II® triple slides (test cards), two 15mL bottles of developer, and 102 applicator sticks. Hemoccult® Tape includes two tape dispensers and two 15mL bottles of developer.
