This item consists only of live sea urchins. Receive a mixture of male and female sea urchins (approximately 14 in total) that can be induced to spawn, (via external fertilization) making it easy to watch the development of larval stages. This product is not available in Canada.

Additional items needed to induce spawning, but not included:
Syringe with needle
0.5M Potassium Chloride solution
Petri dishes (for collection)
Cups (to suspend urchins)
Saltwater
