Process Up to 60mg of Tissue

Prepare intact total RNA from plant and animal tissues, cultured cells, bacteria, yeast, and white blood cells in as little as one hour with this powerful system. The quick and simple technique implemented can process up to 60 mg of tissue. System includes a DNase treatment step to reduce genomic DNA contamination, and does not use hazardous phenol, chloroform extractions, or ethanol precipitations. Typical yield is 0.27 - 5.3 ugRNA/mg tissue. Store at room temperature. Materials are provided for 10 preps along with instructions.
