Using a plane mirror in addition to a concave and convex mirror with different focal lengths, students encounter reflection through a series of activities. Students also investigate refraction of concave and convex lenses, a Lucite block, and glass block. The base has a 12 V light bulb for investigating light dispersion and also a laser pointer for refraction. The included prism is utilized to demonstrate separation of light into its component colors. Comes with an instruction manual. Required but not included is a 12 V power supply.
