Designed for high school and elementary college courses, these rock and mineral specimens provide a complete range of materials for comparisons of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks.

  • All specimens are numbered
  • Size of each: 2.5×5 cm
  • Set of 72

In addition, students can study rock-forming ores of metals and non-metals, differences in the hardness scale and physical properties including streak, luster, cleavage, fracture, specific gravity and magnetism. The collection is housed in two 36-compartment collection boxes, one each for rocks and minerals.

Delivery information: Includes streak plate, magnet, magnifier, identification list and instruction booklet.
