In this interesting activity, students first titrate a known, standard solution of vitamin C. They then prepare their own samples using common fruits and vegetables (fresh, canned, or frozen) that you supply. By comparing their results to the standard solution, students can quantify the amount of vitamin C present in their own samples. It includes enough materials for eight setups, a teacher’s guide, and student study guide copymaster.
