The Bacterial Pollution of Water Lab Kit provides a hands-on approach to studying the impact of bacterial contamination on water quality. This kit allows learners to conduct experiments that simulate bacterial growth, water testing, and pollution analysis. Students will collect water samples, extract a few drops, and add them to an agar medium. They are able to see and study the bacterial colonies that form as a result in real time. The activity helps students understand the importance of clean water and the role of bacteria in environmental health.
The kit contains all materials needed for 15 setups, including a teacher’s manual and student instructions. Designed for environmental science, microbiology, and biology courses.
