Study hands-on lab applications for antigen-antibody interaction concepts including Ouchterlony Double Diffusion, Radial Immunodiffusion, immunoelectrophoresis, and immunoprecipitation. Students will discover specific properties and processes of antigens and antibodies, including diffusion, interaction, and complex formation. Materials supplied for six student groups for up to five students each.
