Transofix is a needle-less double transfer spike made by braun for rapid transfer of medication or diluent between rubber stoppered containers. This needle-less transfer system allows for the transfer of a diluent into powdered medication without the need for repeated piercing of vials. Ideal for use with Wallcur's practi-Powder® vials or Wallcur's practi-alteplase powder and diluent vials. This simulation is identical to the real clinical experience.
