With many choice of Isopods, you can accessorize your micro fauna with an array of color and interesting behavior. Not only have you built a habitat for your main animal, but you also have a secondary animal, which has a dual purpose.
A bioactive habitat is a self-sustaining ecosystem in which living organisms play key roles in maintaining the balance of waste and nutrients. To create the balance, flora and fauna work in tandem to continuously produce, decompose, and consume, creating a cycle of nutrients similar to the natural ecosystem.
In a balanced bio-active habitat, the natural breakdown of unwanted organics such as harmful fungus, gnat flies, and molds is completed with our manual intervention. Overall this can help create a healthy space for your animal, while reducing the overall physical maintenance.
