The material construction of these super-duty bags features a 12 mil polyethylene coated outer shell (silver), coupled with a 10 mil polyethylene coated inner liner (blue). Both layers are tear- and puncture-resistant. The seams are folded, sewn, and sealed for protection and leakage. The bags comply with OSHA reg. 3130.
