It's designed for ergonomic and fatigue-free operation. Features include a Sieden top-style head; stage, focusing, and illumination controls that users can reach while resting hands on the table; a two-part neck allowing the user to see down onto the stage; and a T-shaped base with pyramidal design to support all components on a minimum footprint.
The reversed nose piece grants easy access to the slide, and the focusable Abbe condenser complements the optics for well-defined illumination under all magnifications. It also features tension-adjustable slip-clutch focusing, a stage stop, retractable 40× and 100× objectives to protect optics and slides, a coaxial control knob for the mechanical stage, and a 360° rotatable head.
With trinocular head, plan achromat and plan phase objectives, and 3W LED illumination Motic's Phase Contrast model is designed for both educational and teaching environments from life sciences to medical applications.
The Digital model has a built-in live high resolution imaging chip, infinity corrected plan achromat objectives, and 3 W LED illumination.
