ThermoSafe Flexible PolarPacks® are a trusted solution to help promote injury recovery.
For warm compress, place the Flexible PolarPack® in warm water (do not exceed 150°F), or microwave on low setting. For cold compress, place in freezer until frozen. Use a cloth between the pack and the injured area. Do not exceed 20 minutes per application. 100% water soluble gel. Dispose with ordinary solid waste or dilute with water and dispose in conventional sink drain.
