Built for day-to-day cold storage checks, this thermometer family uses a buffered bottle probe to reflect stored-product conditions more realistically than a quick air reading when a door opens. The display remains outside the chamber while the probe stays in place inside using a thin, ten-foot micro-cable, supporting fast checks without reopening the door.

The unit provides real-time temperature display along with min/max memory, allowing users to review temperature excursions that may have occurred outside standard operating hours. Programmable high and low alarms notify staff when readings move beyond set thresholds, supporting cold-chain integrity and laboratory compliance requirements.

For setup and routine use, the unit can show external probe temperature during monitoring and ambient temperature when the probe is removed. The solid-state probe is sealed in a miniature bottle filled with nontoxic, FDA GRAS glycol, eliminating mercury contamination risks and reducing concerns about contact with food or stored materials.
