The Traceable® Excursion‑Trac® thermometer series helps laboratories monitor refrigerators, freezers, incubators, and other controlled environments with detailed datalogging and alarm tracking functionality. Stored alarm events capture both excursion timing and recovery timing for improved documentation.

Temperature-buffered bottle probes help minimize rapid fluctuation readings caused by opening refrigerator or freezer doors, making the units especially useful for vaccine storage and other sensitive sample monitoring applications. The glycol-filled bottle solution is classified as generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA.

USB data transfer functionality allows temperature records to be downloaded directly to a flash drive without additional software. User-defined logging intervals and year-long rolling memory capacity help support extended monitoring and compliance documentation workflows.
