Venturi Meter Demonstrator

The Venturi tube is found in everything from carburetors to aircraft airspeed indicators. This demonstration version is made of glass and has three side tubes for attaching a provided three-leg manometer. The manometer is filled with colored water to show the relative pressures at significant points of the tube when gas flows through it. When someone blows through the tube, a sufficient gas flow can produce clear differences of water level in the three manometer legs.

The tube is 2.0 dia. x 22 cm at the wide ends. It narrows to 10 cm dia. in the middle.
