Reinforce concepts of pH with this fun game!
- Includes 4 sets of cards
- Students can easily review and apply knowledge
An excellent review and reinforcement activity for high school chemistry students, this card game asks students to first build a pH scale. The next step is to place the corresponding hydrogen ion and hydroxide ion concentrations next to the correct pH. Students note the trend that as hydrogen ion concentration increases, pH decreases, and that as hydroxide ion concentration increases, the pH increases. Students then use clues to place common liquids as the appropriate pH. Activity includes instructions.
