With this bacteria cleaning kit, your students will be able to test the efficacy of several household cleaners at killing bacteria, right from their home. Students will learn about where bacteria are located, and how cleaning affects microbial growth.

User to provide: bleach to disinfect bacterial plates. Also needed are various home-use detergents, soaps and cleansers, microwave, large beaker or jar, hot glove, scotch tape, permanent marker, small disposable cups, gloves and goggles.
