The ROBO TX Training Lab provides students with the tools needed to construct and program eleven fully-functional robotic models, including six mobile robots such as a driverless transport system, an obstacle detector and a trail searcher. Two encoder motors allow for exact positioning. Contains 310 components for the construction of the following 11 models: Hand Dryer, Traffic Light, Elevator, Rinsing/Drying Machine, Temperature Control, Basic Robotic Model, Trail Searcher, Soccer Robot, Measuring Robot, Lawn Mower, and Forklift. Included in the kit are the ROBO TX Controller with Bluetooth radio interface, 32-bit processor (200 MHz), eight universal inputs and 8 MB RAM (2 MB flash); ROBO Pro graphic programming software (Windows OS only); Two Encoder Motors, One "Motor XS"; Infrared Trail Sensor; Sensing Devices (2 each). Also includes a 50 page full color construction booklet with detailed instructions for building the above models, as well as a full color teaching guide and activity PDF (on disc), with an overview of the functions of the various sensors, motors, and other components, along with numerous tasks to facilitate learning with the models.
