Anti-Histiocytoma Marker Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: D11]
Supplier: Biotium
In Western blotting, this antibody detects an antigen of 125 kDa in human liver and 135 kDa in tumors of histiocytic origin. Comparative study of this MAb and a standard CD68 MAb showed that their antigens are different. Its antigen in all macrophage types studied is located on the plasma membrane and within cytoplasmic structures including lysosomes. This MAb shows a restricted reactivity to cells of the monocyte/macrophage system. It specifically reacts with blood monocytes and stains resident macrophages in a wide variety of human tissues. This MAb does not stain antigen-presenting cells, e.g., Langerhans cells. Reportedly, its reactivity is restricted to histiocytes and macrophages.

Nitro blue tetrazolium chloride (NBT) ≥98% (by HPLC)
Supplier: Adipogen
NADPH-diaphorase substrate that competitively inhibits NOS (nitric oxide synthase). Well-known scavenger of superoxide anions. Dye that is used for detection of alkaline phosphatase in combination with 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indoxyl phosphate (BCIP). This substrate system produces an insoluble NBT diformazan end product that is blue in color and can be observed visually. When used with BCIP, it is suitable for detection of alkaline phosphatase in western blots, for immunohistological staining procedures and for colorimetric indication of bacterial infection in blood samples. Used as a redox indicator for enzymatic reactions including dehydrogenases, threonine deaminase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, phosphofructokinase on polyacrylamide gels, oxidases on polyacrylamide gels and pentose shunt dehydrogenses. The NBT/BCIP reaction is also used for colorimetric/spectrophotometric activity assays of oxidoreductases. One application is in activity stains in gel electrophoresis, such as with the mitochondrial electron transport chain complexes.

Anti-CTSB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
CTSB(Cathepsin B) is also named as CPSB and belongs to the peptidase C1 family. It participates in intracellular degradation and turnover of proteins. Cathepsin B precursors found in human malignant ascites fluid do not possess mannose-rich carbohydrates suggesting that a defect in the post translational processing of carbohydrate moieties on tumor cathepsin B may be responsible for the release of cathepsin B observed in many tumor systems. Cathepsin B exists as both glycosylated and unglycosylated forms. In rat macrophages and hepatocytes pro- cathepsin B is 39 kDa (unglycosylated =35 kDa), whereas in human fibroblasts procathepsin B is 44.5-46kDa (unglycosylated=39kDa). It can be detected the 43 kDa form of pro-CTSB, 31 kDa and 25 kDa marure forms in mouse brain by western blot.

Anti-E.coli DH-5 Alpha Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 750)
Supplier: Bioss
This antibody reacts with Escherichia coli HD5a (E.coli HD5a), Escherichia coli is a gram-negative bacillus that belongs to a larger group of Enterobacteriae - bacteria that inhabit the gastrointestinal tract. Although usually a harmless resident of the gut, some strains have the potential to cause serious problems, especially where there is an immature immune system or immunosuppression, or where the subtype of organism has acquired the ability to produce pathogenic toxins. E. coli DH5_ strain is an engineering strain widely used in biopharmaceuticals. According to the requirements of product quality inspection, it is necessary to detect the residual amount of DH5_ bacterial protein in biological products. This product is an anti-serum obtained by immunizing rabbits with DH5_ bacterial protein as an antigen, and purified by affinity chromatography to obtain antibody IgG, which can be used for ELISA, Western Blot and other experimental tests.

Anti-PD1 Rat Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 29F.1A12]
Supplier: Abcam
Anti-PD1 antibody [29F.1A12] is a Rat Monoclonal antibody that is used in PD1 Flow Cytometry, ICC/IF, Western Blot. Suitable for Mouse samples. PD1, or programmed cell death protein 1 or CD279 is a 50-55 kD glycoprotein belonging to the CD28 family of the Ig superfamily. PD-1 is expressed on activated splenic T and B cells and thymocytes. It is induced on activated myeloid cells as well. PD-1 is involved in lymphocyte clonal selection and peripheral tolerance through binding PD-L1 and PD-L2. It is an immune checkpoint receptor that plays a critical role in down-regulating the immune system and promoting self-tolerance by inhibiting T cell inflammatory activity. In cancer, PD1 is often exploited by tumor cells to evade immune detection and destruction, leading to tumor growth and progression. Blocking PD1 with specific inhibitors can restore T cell activity and enhance anti-tumor immunity, making it a significant target in cancer immunotherapy.

Anti-UCP2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
UCP2 (uncoupling protein 2) is a member of the mitochondrial carrier protein super family located in the mitochondrial inner membrane. The UCPs differ greatly in tissue distribution: UCP1 is expressed only in brown adipose; UCP3 preferentially in skeletal muscle, brown adipose and heart; UCP4 and UCP5 mainly in the nervous system (18167556). In contract, UCP2 has a broad distribution and is implicated in a wide range of pathophysiological processes, including diabetes and cancer. This antibody detect a band around 28-33 kDa corresponding to UCP2 protein in mouse liver, skeletal muscle and pancreas. Some upper and lower bands also were observed due to the dimer formation and degradation of the UCP2 protein (20103532). This antibody was raised against the full-length UCP2 protein and may cross-react with UCP3. It is notable that UCP2 is known to have a very short half-life less than 1 hour (17240372). It is strongly recommended that fresh-made lyate be used for western blot assays.

Anti-MBP-Tag Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
Protein tags are protein or peptide sequences located either on the C- or N- terminal of the target protein, which facilitates one or several of the following characteristics: solubility, detection, purification, localization and expression. Maltose binding protein (MBP) is the 370 amino acid product of the E.coli mal E gene. MBP is a useful affinity tag that can increase the expression level and solubility of the resulting tagged protein. The MBP tag also promotes proper folding of the attached protein. Plasmid vectors have been constructed utilizing the MBP domain that allow the synthesis of high levels of MBP-fusion proteins that can be purified in a one step procedure by affinity chromatography cross linked amylose resin. Once bound to amylose, the MBP protein can then be separated from the target protein by cleavage by coagulation Factor Xa at a specific four residue site. Alternatively, the intact fusion protein can be specifically eluted from the resin by the addition of excess free maltose. Subsequent to elution, MBP fusion protein can be visualized either by western blot analysis or immunoprecipitation using antibodies specific for the MBP-tag. This antibody recognizes MBP (Maltose binding protein) TAG in some expression systems.
