Unico Visible Spectrophotometer
The 1100RS Visible Spectrophotometer features an accurate 10nm bandpass model and is designed for use with 1/2" (13 mm) round tubes or 10mm square cuvettes and is perfect for most laboratory/classroom applications. An adapter is supplied at no additional charge for 10 mm square optical glass cuvettes. The high quality silicon photodiode detector and 1200 lines/mm grating assures high performance. Auto zero function, one-touch blanking and built-in, automatic filters allow for easy operation. The large digital display allows for quick and easy readings. This visible spectrophotometer works with optional Windows® based software for easy data collection and application expansion to Standard Curve and Kinetics, Abs. and %T and Concentration, etc. Data can be easily exported to Microsoft Excel® for further processing and analysis. The software is designed for Windows based PCs using Windows® 2000, ME, or XP. A USB and RS-232 port is available on this spectrophotometer as well as Absorbance, Transmittance, Concentration (C) and Factor (F) modes. Each mode can be quickly selected with the touch of a button.
