Anti-PLC gamma 1 Tyr771 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 750)
Supplier: Bioss
The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction uses calcium as a cofactor and plays an important role in the intracellular transduction of receptor-mediated tyrosine kinase activators. For example, when activated by SRC, the encoded protein causes the Ras guanine nucleotide exchange factor RasGRP1 to translocate to the Golgi, where it activates Ras. Also, this protein has been shown to be a major substrate for heparin-binding growth factor 1 (acidic fibroblast growth factor)-activated tyrosine kinase. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Mouse Recombinant Serpin G1
Supplier: Prosci
SERPIN G1 is a member of the serpin family, The C-terminal serpin domain is similar to other serpins, and this part of C1-INH provides the inhibitory activity. SERPIN G1 is involved in the inhibition of the complement system to prevent spontaneous activation. SERPIN G1 may play a potentially crucial role in regulating important physiological pathways including complement activation, blood coagulation, fibrinolysis and the generation of kinins. SERPIN G1 prevents the proteolytic cleavage of later complement components C4 and C2 by C1 and MBL. SERPIN G1 is a very efficient physiological inhibitor of FXIIa, plasma kallikrein and fXIa, and could inhibit chymotrypsin and kallikrein. It forms a proteolytically inactive stoichiometric complex with the C1r or C1s proteases in the C1 complex of classical pathway of complement. Activation of the C1 complex is under control of the C1-inhibitor.

Anti-CD86 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
Receptor involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production, by binding CD28 or CTLA-4. May play a critical role in the early events of T-cell activation and costimulation of naive T-cells, such as deciding between immunity and anergy that is made by T-cells within 24 hours after activation. Isoform 2 interferes with the formation of CD86 clusters, and thus acts as a negative regulator of T-cell activation.

Anti-APP Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
The β-amyloid peptide (β A4), proteolytically released from the amyloid precursor protein (APP), provides the principal component of senile plaques in Alzheimer's disease. Cleavage of APP by α-secretase or alternatively by β-secretase leads to generation and extracellular release of soluble APP peptides, S-APP-α and S-APP-β, respectively, and the retention of corresponding membrane-anchored C-terminal fragments, C83 and C99. Subsequent processing of C83 by γ-secretase yields P3 peptides. This is the major secretory pathway and is nonamyloidogenic. Alternatively, presenilin/ nicastrin-mediated γ-secretase processing of C99 releases the amyloid β proteins, amyloid-β 40 (Aβ40) and amyloid-β 42 (Aβ42), major components of amyloid plaques, and the cytotoxic C-terminal fragments, γ-CTF(50), γ-CTF(57) and γ-CTF(59).

Anti-KITLG Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Ligand for the receptor-type protein-tyrosine kinase KIT. Plays an essential role in the regulation of cell survival and proliferation, hematopoiesis, stem cell maintenance, gametogenesis, mast cell development, migration and function, and in melanogenesis. KITLG/SCF binding can activate several signaling pathways. Promotes phosphorylation of PIK3R1, the regulatory subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, and subsequent activation of the kinase AKT1. KITLG/SCF and KIT also transmit signals via GRB2 and activation of RAS, RAF1 and the MAP kinases MAPK1/ERK2 and/or MAPK3/ERK1. KITLG/SCF and KIT promote activation of STAT family members STAT1, STAT3 and STAT5. KITLG/SCF and KIT promote activation of PLCG1, leading to the production of the cellular signaling molecules diacylglycerol and inositol-1, 4, 5-trisphosphate. KITLG/SCF acts synergistically with other cytokines, probably interleukins.

Anti-STAT1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Signal transducer and activator of transcription that mediates signaling by interferons (IFNs). Following type I IFN (IFN-alpha and IFN-beta) binding to cell surface receptors, Jak kinases (TYK2 and JAK1) are activated, leading to tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT1 and STAT2. The phosphorylated STATs dimerize, associate with ISGF3G/IRF-9 to form a complex termed ISGF3 transcription factor, that enters the nucleus. ISGF3 binds to the IFN stimulated response element (ISRE) to activate the transcription of interferon stimulated genes, which drive the cell in an antiviral state. In response to type II IFN (IFN-gamma), STAT1 is tyrosine- and serine-phosphorylated. It then forms a homodimer termed IFN-gamma-activated factor (GAF), migrates into the nucleus and binds to the IFN gamma activated sequence (GAS) to drive the expression of the target genes, inducing a cellular antiviral state.
