Solar LED Jar Light Kit (Soldering)
Developed in collaboration with a science teacher from Pennsylvania, our build your own solar LED Jar light is a fun and creative way to teach and learn about solar electricity. Use your own mason jar or recycled jar and build a colorful LED light that automatically comes on at night and goes off at dawn. Comes with everything you need. This kit requires soldering. Tools needed are soldering iron, solder & flux, hot glue gun, electric drill, 3V 70mA Polycrystalline Solar Panel, Dusk/dawn circuit board, 2 Bright 5mm LED's BLUE, 2 AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries & Battery holder and wires.
A portion of the proceeds from the sales of this kit are being donated to help provide solar lighting solutions to disadvantaged communities in Africa.
