This cylindrical-form crucible with 10 ml capacity is crafted from 99.7% pure aluminum oxide, ideal for high-temperature work demanding contamination-free results. Maximum use temperature is 1750 °C (3182 °F); temperature change rate should not exceed 150 °C (302 °F) per hour.

High-alumina products are highly refractory, meant for use in reducing and oxidizing atmospheres. Material is inert in hydrogen and carbonaceous atmospheres and offers high resistance to alkalies and other fluxes. Recommended for use with refractory metals. Suitable for glass melting, including borosilicate glass.
