A high quality, double plastic pulley in tandem, on an open sided steel frame, with hooks at each end carrying two low friction, ball bearing plastic pulleys with diameters of 38 and 50 mm respectively. The open sided frame greatly facilitates stringing up as no 'threading' is involved. Inner gap of pulley measures 3 mm, overall length is 14.8 cm. Capable of holding over 30 lbs of weight.
