VWR® Paper Weigh Boats

A simple and cost-effective solution to reduce plastic use in the lab, VWR® Paper Weighing Boats are both Eco-IN and Eco-OUT.

They are made of FSC® certified paper (Eco-IN) and will naturally biodegrade in the standard municipal waste stream (Eco-OUT)

Made of grease-proof paper that meets FDA 21 CFR 176.170 (components of paper in contact with aqueous and fatty foods), and with 2I CFR 176.180 (contact with dry foods). Compatible with heat applications with a temperature limitation of 210°C (410°F).

Available in small and medium sizes, in either brown for light colored samples or white for dark samples. Medium boats are made in USA, small and large boats are made in Italy.

VWR® Paper Weigh Boats control contents like plastic weigh boats and are easier to handle than weighing paper.
