Use this unit to create standing waves in a string, spring, or ripple tank. It provides mechanical vibrations when fed by the built-in signal generator and works well in a whole range of audio frequency spectrum and beyond. Electrical input is made through 4mm socket and the mechanical output is provided by soft connected terminating unit. Vibrator can be used in any position - free-standing or clamped. Required but not included is an external 12V DC power supply.
