Cultures included are: Aquaspirillium serpens, Bacillus megaterium, Clostridium sporogenes, Escherichia coli, Halobacterium salinarium, Kocuria rhizophila, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactococcus lactis, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Rhodospirillum rubrum, Serratia marcescens D1, and Vibrio fischeri. The set of 12 comes with the Working with Bacteria manual.
