Clarity Strep A Test, Clarity Diagnostics

This kit is a rapid assay for qualitative detection of the Strep A antigen from throat swabs

Tests have 95% accuracy in rare and 1+ colonies versus culture tests and 99% specificity. Easy-to-read results are available in five minutes or less. Tests can be stored at room temperature for up to 24 months. Additional swabs and tubes are sold separately.

The kit contains all the materials needed to perform the test, including extraction reagents A and B, positive and negative controls, extraction tubes, throat swabs, and a reaction tube rack. Kits are available in strip or cassette format.
