Cartridge contains a polymeric membrane sheet, honeycombed by pores that form a screen that does not permit particles larger than rated pore size.

• Recommended maximum flow rate: 2 L/min. (0.53 gal./min.)
• Maximum inlet water temperature: 60 °C (140 °F)

Membrane is of pleated configuration with 4.7 sq. ft. of filter area, with polyester monofilament support screen. It permits more than five times effective filter area in less space than is possible with non-pleated membrane filter.
