An excellent tool for measuring plant green-down.

Use this color guide to estimate the dominant color present in leaves, shrubs, and grasses. Seasonal changes in color can then be monitored and recorded. Repeated observations prior to the estimated start of green-down can help in validating estimates of the end of the plant growing season. Colors are identified on the chart for easy reference.
