The Zymo RNA Clean and Concentrator™ kits provide simple and reliable methods for the rapid preparation of high-quality RNA. The kit owes its simplicity to a unique single-buffer system and Zymo-Spin™ technology. Simply add the binding buffer to sample, adjust the conditions for binding by adding ethanol, then wash and elute the concentrated RNA. RNA ≥ 17 bases can be safely treated and recovered using these kits. The result is highly concentrated, purified RNA that is perfect for subsequent RNA-based methods, including RT-PCR, hybridization, and more.
