The Mini-Sub® Cell GT Cell can resolve up to 30 samples; its short, narrow format allows 7 and 10 cm runs for speed and economy

• QuickSnap electrodes allow easy removal, simplifying cleaning
• Arrow on side of the base indicates run direction, ensuring proper orientation
• Tabs on base allow easy removal of lid, reduce buffer spillage, and prevent incorrect lid positioning
• Accessories include gel casting gates to cast gels right in the cell, or a caster for tape-free casting
• UV-transparent gel trays included

All mini cells will accommodate Bio-Rad's ReadyAgarose™ Precast Gels, which lock securely into the chamber, save time, and provide reproducible separations.

Resolve EcoRI or HindIII digests of lambda DNA in only 1.5 hours at 60 V. Small DNA fragments can be separated in as little as 15 minutes at 150 V.

 : All cells include a buffer tank, safety lid with cables, and a leveling bubble. The Mini ReadySub-Cell™ GT Cells, 1704487 and 1640303, are dedicated to running Mini ReadyAgarose™ Gels, and do not include casting gates, tray, or combs. These cells can be upgraded for handcasting with the Mini Handcasting Kit. The Mini ReadySub-Cell™ GT Cell is available with the PowerPac™ Basic Power Supply.
