These filters are certified sterile, non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic. They have a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with polypropylene housing. Individually blister-packed. The inlet is a female Luer-Lok® and the outlet is a male Luer-Slip. Green housing ring.

PES is the best choice for filtering cell culture media and fluids because of its low protein binding and extractables.
