Aurum Ion Exchange Mini Kits, Bio-Rad

Aurum ion exchange mini kits utilize ion exchange chromatography to selectively enrich either acidic or basic proteins in less than 30 minutes. These easy-to-use kits include the columns and buffers for cation exchange (CEX) or anion exchange (AEX) chromatography and can be used with a variety of starting samples. Isolated proteins are suitable for most downstream proteomic applications, including 2-D gel analysis and mass spectrometry.
