Distillation Head, Newman Stopcock, Ace Glass

This distillation head has a Newman stopcock which facilitates reflux ratio adjustment and reduces hold-up on walls -- the product drops directly into the receiver

The stopcocks are arranged for convenient manipulation, and are placed so that the head may be used in either a right- or left-hand setup. The condenser drip is adjustable for directing reflux into takeoff. The condenser hose connections point to the rear of the apparatus. Condenser length is 100 mm. Thermometer joint a [ST] 10/30, all others are [ST] 14/20. Hose connections are for use with 5/16" I.D. tubing. Fabricated from borosilicate glass.
