This organism is normally isolated from soil and is a non-pathogenic strain of the mycobacterium genus.

Isolated from human nasopharynx. Presumably not related to N. sicca; some relation to N. gonorrhoeae. Often agglutinates in saline. 

This organism is an aerobic organism that is commonly found as part of normal human intestinal flora. It is pathogenic.

Nitrogen fixation, produces nodules on legume roots. Bacteroids from nodules can be X, Y, and club shapes.

Produces streptomycin. Branching mycelium and coenocytic hyphae. 

A. tumefaciens is a pathogenic soil bacterium known to cause grown gall disease, in nut trees and the plants of some stone fruits.

Frequent human isolate. Causes gastroenteritis.

From sewage and human intestine. Causes dysentery. 

Isolated from straw, can also be found in the soil, and acts as a decomposer. Slight anti-bacterial activity. With coenocytic hyphae
