Four interchangeable monitors show different outputs from the various heads that fit into a common base, so students can observe and record the generated power. An exciting, tactile experience, this kit helps students develop a concrete understanding of energy resources.

Ordering information: This kit includes a teacher's guide with suggested activities, a 7" x 10" high-impact plastic base with a maximum height of 20", four monitors (3" in diameter), and a 20" clear tubing for the water module.

Great hands on tool - Allows students to see a solar panel, wind turbine and hydro turbine at work. Allows students to measure amps used as well as see how the energy is transformed to light, sound or mechanical energy. Can even see no the gears turn inside the turbine. The hydro turbine needs the power of water from a garden hose not just the sink. Also the solar panel only generates about 1 amp no matter what the
