To place an order, either log in with your account number and password, or, if you are a first-time customer, create a new account. If you’ve shopped with us before and do not know your account number, please contact Ward’s Science Customer Service at 800-962-2660 and we can assist you.
Once you’re logged in, you can also update your account information, save your payment information for fast and convenient checkout, and obtain your purchase order history for easy re-ordering. We’ll also notify you by email when new invoices are available to view.
You can also submit your purchase order by fax, mail, or email.
In addition to your PO#, simply provide quantity, unit of measure, item number, and description.

Additional Ordering Information
When ordering live materials, please specify a delivery date. We will ship to meet that date. Undated orders are shipped immediately during the school year. Living materials are shipped via Airborne Express® or UPS® 2-day air services from both of our locations.
Due to the special one-of-a-kind nature of most Collector's Corner products, all items are subject to prior sale and may no longer be available at the time you place your order. All orders are handled on a first come first served basis. We make every effort to update our listing regularly to remove sold items, but timing issues may mean some recently sold items may occassionally still appear to be available. If this happens, our Customer Service Department will contact you.
Ward's will make every effort to accurately describe and illustrate each Collector's Corner item. However, we realize it is often difficult to assess the true appearance and condition of a specimen without seeing it firsthand. In fairness to you, our customer, as well as to those other customers who may have a potential interest in the specimen you have purchased, we have instituted the following inspection/return policy on Collector's Corner items. Please familiarize yourself with these terms before ordering. As always, your complete satisfaction is our #1 concern.
- All orders inspected and returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt will receive a full refund.
- All orders returned after 10 days but not more than 30 days will be credited and charged a 15% restocking fee.
- After 30 days, Collector's Corner orders are nonrefundable.
- All returns must be authorized by Ward's Science Customer Service Department (800-962-2660). Return shipments are at the customer's expense, and should be properly packed and insured against damage. Items returned damaged will not be refunded.

We welcome home science enthusiasts and hobbyists. However, certain items (such as chemicals and/or hazardous materials) are restricted and can only be ordered by schools and education professionals. Please contact our customer service department if you are unsure about an item for personal use.
