This microvideo camera offers superior image quality and excellent flexibility. The image quality is better than other models because it has an electronic iris with a flickerless mode eliminates the flicker and color hunting caused by fluorescent microscopes. The black IllumaBase is an LED light built into the base and is used to view specimens, 35 mm slides, and microscope slides, so you don't have to use a slide projector or microscope. In addition, a microphone and preamplifier are built into the swivelhead for recording audio. It comes with a 12 VDC power supply with 5′ power cord; 6′ and 25′ video cables; S-video to composite adapter; 26, 28 and 34 mm microscope couplers; custom microscope eyepiece adapter, camera positioning bracket; two IllumaBoxes for viewing larger specimens; five IllumaSlides for water samples; and a hinged wooden case with handle; and instruction manual.
