These economical balances feature the same interface capabilities as the Scout Pro with a stackable design, shipping load cell lock, and overload protection up to 200 lbs. Each is designed with a flip top draftshield to access the chamber through an innovative center opening. The flip top also acts as a protective stack cover in addition to providing complete draft protection. The top cover center opening also functions as a sample tray when removed and turned upside down. Balances measure in grams and Newtons. You can also connect the scale to a computer with an RS232 adapter and cable or a USB adapter and cable, both of which are available separately. It is powered by an AC adapter (included) or four AA batteries (not included). Includes one year warranty.
