Find the heat of reaction and indirectly determine the heat of formation for a synthesis reaction using a PASPORT temperature sensor. For your convenience, this activity can be completed in one to two 50-minute lab sessions. Includes materials for eight setups, teacher’s guide, and student copymasters. The lab requires one temperature sensor and one USB Link or Xplorer Datalogger interface per setup, all available separately.
