Investigate how filter media improve the quality of wastewater and which media best removes impurities. With the use of PASPORT conductivity, turbidity and pH sensors, you can gather a good deal of information on various factors. This activity can be completed in one 50-minute lab session. Includes materials for eight setups, teacher’s guide, and student copymasters. The lab requires one conductivity sensor, pH sensor, and turbidity sensor, as well as one USB Link or Xplorer Datalogger interface per setup, all available separately.
